Which one would fit the t5 that comes with the manual cars? Preferably from UMI.

It depends on what year your car is.

You can get the UMI one, its what I run it wil fit both M5 or A4. I've used mine on both. You'll need a one piece driveshaft if you don't already have one.

There's a couple of choices from umi, which one ate you talking about ssms?

Car is an 01v6m5.
I emailed umi and they said none is the brackets work for the v6.

V8 and v6 rearend and tq arm are the same. I'm out of town right now , when I get back ill post the link to the UMI torque arm I have.

i got one but i didn't get one that bolted right up it needed a little modification.

this is the one i bought all i had to do to make it fit perfect was to re drill the tranny mount hole and cut an inch off the end of the tranny mount section of the cross member
