Which one would fit the t5 that comes with the manual cars? Preferably from UMI.

You can get the UMI one, its what I run it wil fit both M5 or A4. I've used mine on both. i got one but i didn't get one that bolted right up it needed a little modification.

this is the one i bought all i had to do to make it fit perfect was to re drill the tranny mount hole and cut an inch off the end of the tranny mount section of the cross member
