Damn, I don't know how I missed that on not getting the tubular. I got the regular tubular ones from Founders. So for the time being I should probably put the stock ones back in with the relocation brackets?
So for it being a DD which ones should I get? That was pretty stupid on my part.
I have said for years, the only thing wrong with our LCA are the crappy soft bushings. Replace the bushings with solid Moog rubber, 1LE (Sam Strano) or ES poly.
.
When you installed the relocation brackets did you make sure they were parallel to the ground? Also recheck your bolts they may need to be tighten down more. Did you have instructions on how tight the bolts are suppose to be?

I didn't make sure it was parallel, I just bolted them the the original lca location and the shock mount.
No they didn't come with directions, I followed some from UMI on their LCAs and figured that it was the same for all of them.
Make sure there parallel to the ground, you'll get the best results and could be why it making noise( you should have like 3 settings or so on the relocation brackets, just use the one thats the best parallel to the ground) . Also check your bolts why your under there. I don't remember tq'ing mine down I just made sure they were hand tight(most I could go without using a breaker bar or anything like that).

Make sure the lcas are parallel? I got them on the bottom hole and they have a slight downward angle towards the axle. They should be pretty close to parallel if I move them up to the top hole.
Are those LCAs adjustable or fixed-length? If adjustable, I would check the lengths to make sure they're right, and the same as the stock arms. Also, when you greased the bushings did you pull the sleeve out and grease that, or just grease through the fitting (assuming it has a grease fitting)? It sounds to me like something either didn't get greased well enough, or something is not aligned properly. This would also probably be a good time to properly check the side-to-side alignment on the axle.
Also, did you call Founders? There are a few guys here who do know what they're talking about, but I wouldn't go making any major changes until you've tried everything you can to resolve the problem, including talking with a tech guy at the company who made the product. Just my $0.02
They are the basic fixed length LCAs, and I didn't pull te sleeve out when I greased them, I just greased them in grease fittings and rubbed some on the face of the bushing.
I called founders a couple days ago and left a message and haven't gotten a call back yet, also called them yesterday as well. I'll send them an email today and see if that gets a faster response.
Talked to Founders, and they said the noise sounds like more of a metal on metal scraping from the bracket itself. They just recommended to tighten the bolts hold the bracket on even more to about 89 pounds, and to maybe give the lower shock mount bolts a couple more turns.
The noise is significantly less now, and all I'm hearing is the normal moans and groans from other worn out bushings and pieces that still need to be replaced.
Thanks for all the help and suggestions guys, I really do appreciate it.
