• BMR Boxed LCAs are installed!

Noticeable change? YES! I installed them yesterday. Took me 45 minutes. Poly/rubber bushings. Greased the poly bushings well, so I am getting no squeak. Ride is firmer, but not uncomfortably so.

At a stop light, I sorta tapped on the gas like I sometime do to show everyone my incredible torque. :D Instead of the front end raising as dramatically as usual, the car spent more time moving forward. Not as visually pleasing, but surely more effective.

I'm not sure if this is an affect of the LCAs, but I seem to be noticing a little oversteer. Went to change lanes sorta fast and BAM... I was in the other lane before I knew it. It was smooth too. I've never really noticed any significant sway in my car before, but that lane change was just flat! I won't be taking any fast corners until I know my new suspension limits. I like 'em. Hope they help me a little at the track with my traction problems.

lca's really don't help anything but wheel hop. i put some boxed bmr's on recently and they made a world of difference in ride quality (and obviously, wheel hop). now, the car gets thrown into the potholes cause of these stiff lca's. i like it. oversteer...ya, you can get a little from just changing lca's. the problem with poly boxed (and others too) is they have no side to side motion; therefore, really hard cornering can sometimes cause your car to go on three, or even two wheels. word of advice...please don't attempt to corner that hard with otherwise stock suspension but they are nice for the everyday driver with a bit too much hop :D

I'll take your advice and be careful. Gonna get the KYB AGX's and little better sway bars. Next mod: Edge Racing Converter! I'm still convinced. ;)
