11" Seems pretty wide but just out of interest... How wide are YOUR wheels?

      17x9.5 x 4 here.

17x11 look very nice from the rear, but 315/35 tires are very limited in choice and expensive compared to 275/40

There's also the factors of not being able to rotate and the need to massage the wheel well to prevent rubbing.

          Wha?

"Oh Masseuse.... would you please massage my wheel wells? They're feeling rather tense today."

You CAN fit a 10...11" wide rim on a f-body without much hammering if any to the wheel well -- BUT it will NOT be a cheap pair of wheels. Their offset will be INSANE.

Insane offset = bad for axle or something or just.. different? I'm ignorant on this obviously.

                  17x9.5

There really is a pretty big selection for 275/40/17 tires, so it keeps cost down a little.

Right now I have 17x9.5 WS6 wheels with 275s on all four corners... Soon to have 11" with 315 tires in the back and 9.5" with 275 in front.

those wheels are SICK though...you should ask them what the price would be for 4 fronts (if they'd sell them that way)
