Ok I'm gonna post because no one has!

I have an energy suspension Poly one sitting at home its going on as soon as my PI converter gets here so I don't have any first hand experience, but...........

For $20.00 dollars it can't be bad, It is supposed to help with traction and from all the posts I've read through I'm not seeing any drawbacks!

So all in all a little extra traction for a great price? If you don't have yours in before I do I'll post again and let you know.

I have heard that the poly is so stiff it causes vibrations that will give you an uncomfortable ride. I dont think they could be too bad though. I say go for it.

I plan to get a poly Tq arm bushing and poly transmount.

Ok, I did the poly torque arm and tranny mount at the same time.
I installed it and went for a 500 mile round trip starting right then.
          Vibration will increase significantly!!!
          It will break in.
At first I thought to myself, I just wasted my money and screwed up the car.
Trust me, this mod needs a break in period.
Some people eventually yank the poly one out and go with the 1 LE mount.
I plan on sticking with the poly bits.
          Think about this:
Rubber flex's, when you floor it the tranny and torque arm flex and power could in theory be wasted in flexing, add a poly bit and there is less chance of flexing.
I'm not saying your hp and tq will increase.
It is all about getting power to the ground in the most effecient way possible.
I only make 170 rwhp and 200 rwtq on the dyno but I run 14.4 n/a

12sec, is it a straight up install on the poly trans mount or is there any modification to car for it to mount up? and are the torque arms that are on formula/trans ams any different than ours? thanks...

Both installs are a piece of cake. Tranny mount is 5 bolts, 4 for cross-member to frame, 1 for mount to crossmember, if I remember correctly. Or maybe 7 bolts, whatever. I used a 1LE.

Poly TA bushing is, easy, if you don't go with the chisel method. Get a corded dremel, cut through the rivets and mounting holes, and you'll get the rubber bushing out in no time. Then lube, and bolt the poly up!
