I like the EBC Greenstuff pads for street and autocross. Good cold grip (no need to heat them up first), very light dusting, much better grip than stock.
(and a little black caliper paint gets rid of the green, just lay the pads face-down on some cardboard and spray the sides)
Most people like the basic autozone rotors, or brembo blanks (no slotting or drilling). I went with the Eradispeeds thinking they were lighter but they're the same weight as stock, just thicker material. (and they do look good inside my 18" wheels) :D
Can you get Performance Friction Carbon Metallics for the rear? I looked it up once, and forgot. PFC does not make their carbon-metallic pads for the rear of our cars. For me this wasn't much of a problem, i just upgraded the front pads. The front provides most of the braking anyway.
This was plenty for me since my car is pretty much stock and it will most likely never see the track. The factory setup would have been enough but i figured a little extra couldn't hurt.

I just did mine and went with Powerslots with Greenstuff pads up front, and Brembo stock replacements with Greenstuff pads in the rear. Definte improvement without breaking the bank.

Well, I don't autocross, but I bought Morse ceramic pads for the front and the standarad Aimco rotors (just the front). So far they don't squeal, they stop fine, and they haven't warped like the factory rotors. Pads were $50, rotors $35 each. You'd be around $250 all around.
