i painted mine 2 years ago with aircraft paint, but it cant survive being hit with a ratchet, so im gonna have to paint them in the spring...

what doesnt chip/keeps its color the best

easiest to put on? best clear coat

im not looking forward to doing this again, so i want it to last, aircraft paint puts out some mind numbing fumes [img]graemlins/fluffy.gif[/img] [img]graemlins/fluffy.gif[/img]

what the hell do i get the old stuff off with?

I posted a similar post on another site about powdercoating my calipers, and they recommended the brush on paint made by G2. It's an epoxy paint. You have to mix the epoxy and the paint together, all comes in 1 kit. I went ahead and bought the kit off ebay for like $20, and it comes with a life time warrantee. I haven't tried it yet, but they all agreed that it is extremly durable. Again, its G2 caliper paint kit. Good Luck.

thats whats on there, and g2 is aircraft grade, but it still chipped, maybe ill look into the warrenty deal, thats for the idea
