When I drive over speed bumps I hear a sqweek sound from the front-left portion of the car. How do I fix?

I sprayed all the bushings and moveable parts on the front end of my 96 camaro with white lithium grease, and it seemed to make a big difference in getting rid of the squeaks.

a little FYI - lithium grease is very water soluble and will wash off.2002 5-spd NBM Camaro
