• Complete underbody overhaul

Sort of large question, but if one wanted to replace pretty much the entire underbody, front axle, rear axle, full suspension, body stiffiners what parts are part of the stock suspension. What can be added aftermarket (stiffining frame). If someone could post a list of all the stock suspension parts and axles and how many of each part (like (4) Springs) stuff like that. Then once that is done reccomendations on performance replacements for a street car that occasionally might go to the track for all of the stock stuff. Also I've seen bigger rear ends that can be purchased as total replacements but no front end axles.

I don't want to get into your whole question, but I can tell you that you do not have a front axle. Check www.bmrfabrication.com for tubular upper and lower control arms for your front suspension.

sub-frame connectors, control arms, sway bars, panhard rods, torque arm.

most of those come in pairs, then if you get really into it new A-arms and k members, but those are very pricey and aren't worth the money unless your going for more race then street kind of car.

As for rearend unless your putting down serious power or are running slicks your rear end will be fine. do you have auto or m5? the m5 i believe came with 3.23's?? not sure on that but thats bout the only thing that would be worth changing. complete rear ends can run alot of cash.

hope that helps

Almost forgot get larger front axles!!!

Well I've been lookin to get a project car and maybe if it had a LT1 that was workable toss a turbo on it or drop an LS1 in it and turbo that down the road. But the goal would be 400-500 rwhp, pushing it for stock. And also the project car I'm kind looking for would basically just be an F-body with high mileage (thus the desire to replace the entire underbody) in addition to the added performance (adjustable ride height really tickles me the right way as well).

2 upper a-arms(front)
2 lower a-arms(front)
1 k-member
2 swaybars
2 subframe connectors
1 shock tower brace
2 lower control arms
1 torque arm
1 panhard bar
1 12-bolt rear axle
4 springs
4 shocks
1 roll cage
1 driveshaft
4 brake rotors

that's prolly everything that might come into the (underbody) category, besides cooling system, steering, exhaust, tranny, ect.
