I need to replace the lower a arm bushing on my car. They are beyond shot. How hard is this to do? Also has anyone used the prothane kit with these? Do you like the ride? If not or know something better, I am here to listen.

Fronts or rears? Fronts -- riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii iiiiiiiiiight.
I hope you have some fun tools -- like everything needed to tear apart your front suspension, a press, and a torch and some gasoline. Not even kidding. And a nice pocket knife.
You sure it's not your balljoints? slightly easier.
Now if it's rears, just get some aftermarket or 1LE arms. And if you do do it up front, either poly or aftermarket (ie global west, PA, bmr arms), but rod end quality can be a concern.

I did mine and replaced them with Energy Suspension bushings. It was a hard job. Getting the parts off wasn't a big deal. It was actually getting the bushings out that was a PITA.- Josh
If you have any questions or need installation pics/help, e-mail me: Viper98885@aol.com
\'93 Camaro Hardtop
\'01 Lincoln LS8 Sport
\'00 Yamaha YZF-R6
Full Throttle Performance

Sorry, I forgot to say for the front. I am pretty sure not the ball joint, when I look at the arms, the bushing rear bushing on the front is shot to H&LL, with a lot of play.
Thanks for the replies.dboyw
94 3.4 Camaro A4
with toys
