do i need to get my alinment done

i just got my new shocks and am going to be putting them on maybe over the weekend or next week. do i need to get the car's alinment done once i change them?

I did my new shocks last year and I did not realign the car after, I think it depends on how you do it and how far you tare the front end apart to put them in. I did a bare minimum of disassembly. Having said that, it is always a good idea to get an alignment after any serious front end work.
