• Wheels won't spin correctly

Hey everyone,

I notice that whenever I rotate my tires and I just spin the front tire in the air by itself, it seems to stop easily and not free-rotate very long. I never thought much of it, but after spinning my brother's 97 Camaro's front wheels in the air, his spin more freely than mine. I don't think its anything brake related, since I don't feel my wheels pull anywhere or have braking problems. Could it be bad wheel bearings? I'd like to know because I am getting poor gas mileage and I figured if my car has to use more power to overcome wheels that won't turn like they should, then that could be causing me to use more gas. Thanks everyone

sounds like a bearing,is there any grinding noise when you turn the wheel.Or you need a new rotor.Or maybe your cailiper piston is sticking and your brake pad is toughing your rotor

Disc brakes will drag all the time. Its supposed to do that.

A little sticking is O.K.as long as it dosn't grab it to a stop. If it does, you can hear a grind. Thats bad, bearings, listen to it,if it hits the pads, brake pads, that should go away if you are breaking in new pads
Have you done any work to the front end?
