I replaced the rear last month and ever since, I have an annoying chirp everytime the wheel turns as I'm driving and NOT braking. Whenever I hit the brakes, it goes away.
When I installed the new rear, I put new brake pads on with shims, and after hearing the chirping from the brakes, I took them out and put high temp silicone on the back of the pads, but the problem is still there.
Is it time for new rotors?? Or is there something else I'm overlooking?
