i have a guy that will give me his stock sway bars and his springs, will the springs help me with anything, and can i just unblot the old sway bars and put the Z28 ones on without any problems?

i have a 93 camaro and the Z28 stuff is from a 95
It may give you a little improvment, but with those parts being so old, it may not be worth the effort, I would go to slponline and get some takeoff springs and swaybars if thats the route you are gonna take

Wont the V8 springs be to heavy and caust the front end of the car to ride higher and be a bit to stiff???

The ride will be slightly stiffer but I wouldn't want to say better. You would be much better off going with new parts than taking his old ones.
The Z28 swaybars are hardly worth the trouble of installing - buy proper swaybars to match your current or future spring rate instead... you'll get much more benefit out of that.
Being your car is getting up in age you probably would do best to buy some take off shocks from SLP... at $50/4 they're the best deal going if you want to restore you're ride to stock if not even make it better than stock (since theyre 98+ valving deCarbons which are much stiffer).

yes you can. I have ws6 springs shocks and lca on my 97 made a big improvement only problem i have is if I hit bumps at high speed the rear has a jump to it.
If you're going to replace the rear springs, get 98+ rears, they are the same on V6s and V8s, but they're stiffer than the 93-97 rears. As to fronts, I have WS6 springs on the front of mine, and they actually end up setting a little lower, and they make a noticeable, but not groundshaking, difference in the front end.
Otherwise, you can use suspension parts from any 93-02 F-Body. The basic thing to remember is that 93-97 F-Bodys have softer springs and bigger sway bars than 98-02s. So, if you want to do a really down and dirty, cheap suspension mod to your car, get 98+ springs (V6 and/or V8), 93-97 Z-28 sway bars, and 98+ take off shocks. That should firm it up nicely.

This is a good recommendation, but I'd definitely go with the V8 springs with the V8 sway bars, for better balance.
