  • Probably a dumb ques., but...

Can the rear disk brakes be adjusted? I pulled the E-Brake, and the rear disk brakes are hardly grabbing. Is it an adjustment from the E-Brake handle?
Also, should I switch to a Master Cylinder designed for 4 wheel disks? I now have the one for front disk, rear drum.

The E-brake is controlling drum brakes inside the disc rotor. The disc brakes in the rear are only controlled by the floor pedal via hydraulics. Some cars have "Drum in disc" E-brakes, others don't - our cars happen to be this way though.

    Does that answer your question?

So your saying I'm not going to need to change Master Cyliners from one that has rear drum to one that has rear disk?
