  • ? about 20in corvette replicas

I saw 20x10.5 Corvette Z06 replica wheels in Summit and I was wondering if I put this in the front with the tires 285/30/20 that is 26.8in high and about 10.5in wide will I get any tire or wheel rub in the front in a 98 firebird with no lowering springs?

Depends on the backspacing and if your springs and shocks are stiff enough.

yea, u might get some rubbing. to be safe, u might wanna roll out ur fender a little and bang in the front fenderwells some. A guy has put on 17x11 Zr1 rims w/ 315-35 tires in front at 25.6" high, and he had no rubbing, but he used wheel spacers to get the backspacing just right. U'll wanna get some good shocks when u do that, maybe Koni's, so that u can adjust ur ride quality, cuz w/ stock shocks, it'll prolly suck once u do that w/ 20's.
