What was your particular reason for getting boxed? Did you need a new place to jack the car from or something?

No... I purchased an older version of the BMR Track Pak and needed the boxed version to mount the cross bar too. Could have done it with Tubular, but would have been much harder than it was.

I can't even get a jack under the car at this point!!! Have to go up a ramp first then put the jack under it....

Will ground clearance be a problem with boxed ones? My car isn't lowered, and won't be lowered. The firebird sits pretty high... sugestions?

If you stick by not lowering the car, you would be fine with boxed. But in all serious, you can do the tubular and not have any issues with flex. We are not runnning enough HP to really warrent the boxed. I did because of a prior purchase of BMR gear that was used. If not for that, I would have gone tubular myself.

How much does a boxed BMR sub frame weight? Vs a tubular?

I think you would be better calling them. I don't know and the website does not say either. But they should know what there products way for shipping purposes.
