hi,
i pulled in nose first into my driveway, it is tilted down, and when i pulled up my Emergency break it just pulled like nothing, but i let it down and it pulled up fine like it should, everything seems normal now has anyone ever had this happen?

Actually it happened to me too. I thought I just pulled up on it to hard and broke it. I let it back down and pulled up on it slowly and it worked fine. This happened about 6 months ago and it hasn't happened again. I not sure what exactly happened to cause it though.

ive had that happen and cracked the console. sometimes the BREAK you hear is the lever skipping teeth. you probably need to check and see if the bolt is tight, if it is... discard the sound, its proally skipping the teeth on the gears.

i'm sure they will inspect it for free. repairs may be a different story.
