  • Car didnt lower afther slp lvl 1 was put on.

Ive had my suspension on for about 2 months now and my car acutlly sits a little higher then stock. I can put my jack undernieth now its weird. I thought it was supposed to drop it about a inch. Any ideas?

    Man,
I don't know what to tell you. Once my suspension was installed, I actually had to use a floor jack to lift it off of the lift. You should check to make sure they didn't give you V8 lowering springs instead of the V6 springs.

I noticed the same thing when I installed the SLP suspension kit too. I was a little disappointed the drop was nearly non-exsistant. But hey, you can't argue with results. The difference in handling was dramatic.

I'm SO glad to hear this! I'm worried enough about my car scraping as it is (W68 Ground Effects). And I'm moving into an area that floods a lot so everyone has awful steep driveways! I have the Level One set sitting in my living room at the moment waiting to be put on. Sorry you didn't get your drop, but I hope I don't get much of one either!

The SLP kit doesn't lower the car much... most people report only about 1/2" drop.
