I've got a 99 Camaro (as my sig says). I just installed 1LE rear springs today. Here's my full suspension now:
Front: WS6 Springs (292lbs/in linear rate)
Bilstein HD Shocks
1LE 32mm Sway Bar
BMR Strut Tower Brace
Rear: 1LE Springs (130-180lbs/in progressive)
Bilstein HD Shocks
1LE 21mm Sway bar
1LE Panhard Bar
With all of that except for the 1LE rear springs, it was pretty good, much better than stock, but was still a little loose on the free way, quite a bit of nose-up and nose-in, and a decent bit of body roll.
The 1LE rear springs made it perfect. Much of the nose-up/nose-in is gone, body roll is much less, and the car is generally tighter on the road. It's great on the freeway now. It has just a tad of oversteer, but not enough to be dangerous. The rear tires will break loose relatively easily, but it's easily controlled with the throttle. Acceleration out of turns and from a roll is much better.
I would definately recommend it for anyone.
