OK, well im mostly a motor guy, so you handling guys help me out please.

Please keep in mind i want the best in each catagory, not the mid-grade.

LCA's - I was looking at BMR, and whats this relocation thing i hear about...do i need it?

Panrod - i was looking BMR again, does it really matter who i buy this from? i know what this does, and i know to get the adjustable one.

Springs - hotchkis performance spring set, 1" drop, will this make my ride any stiffer? (i want a stiff ride)

Sway Bars - im sure this is brought up a lot, but i have the y87 package, and someone told me that the ones in my car are larger than most sways, for thoes of you that might know him, rich told me, with the 2000 firebird with nos

SFC - Whos the best, does it even matter? from what i can tell, they are non-moving lenghts of metal, haha. i dont see a diffrence between two cmopanies, but i dont know.

    thanks in advance.

No, I never recommed welded LCA, and you don't need to waste your money on an adjustable PHR. Get the 1LE parts.

Yes, see the Modification Encyclopedia for spring rates.

    No, Y87 got the same sway bars as non-Y87, get the 1LE (32mm F, 21mm R).

    All are good.

Also get a STB, and shocks.

A lot of people mention and/or use Bilstein HDs. According to Sam Strano, though, don't use the SLP Bilsteins on a V6 car, he said that their valving is wrong for a V6 car because V6 springs are too soft for the shocks.
If you want Bilstein HDs, shox.com sells them for $299 plus shipping, and that's the best price I've seen so far.
