I'll be getting my new rotors (frt and rr) in about a week and a half, and I can let you know soon after. I'm getting mine from policerotors.com, they use Raybestos rotors, then put them through a cryogenic soak process that's supposed to make the metal stronger, so more resistant to warping and wear.
They sell cross-drilled and slotted or stock for the front, and stock only for the rear, the total was $535, including shipping. I'm getting the cross drilled and slotted for the front.
They price the rotors at cost from raybestos, and charge $35 each for the front and $25 each for the rear for the cryo soak.
I'm just going to be using the Raybestos Brute stop pads with them, I can get them from Kragen with the lifetime warranty, so I can swap them out .
Wife and a dog, they both think they\'re Kujo.

1999 3.8 A4 Y87
Navy Blue Metallic
BFG G-Force KDWS 275/40/17s,
WS6 Wheels (17x9)
Phoenix Transmissions 2400 Stall Converter
FRA, Holley Powershot filter, Whisper Lid, Ported Throttlebody
2000 manifolds, Flowmaster, WS6 Tail Pipes,
MSD 8.5mm Wires, MSD Coils, Autolite plugs
Performance Cryogenics treated rotors
1LE Sway Bars and panhard rod, 1LE front springs w/SLP Bilsteins, stock rear springs w/ 3rd Gen Bilsteins, BMR STB, KBDD SFCs, 1LE rear lower control arms, 1LE front lower control arms
1968 Chevelle Malibu 327 TH350

I have the Powerslots on the front of my car and I was very impressed with the upgrade. I would suggest these to anyone that is not happy with their braking performance.

I have HEARD alot of places that slotted rotors are hard on brake pads. Is this true or is there a pad/rotors combination that eliminates this?? Thanx

My Performance Frictions last a lot longer with the slotted rotors than with the stock ones...if that answers your question at all.
