i want to get new springs and someone is probably going to sell me z28 take-off shocks from slp. i don't know what springs to get though--i want to go lower, but i'm thinking 2" is going to be too much. i have the f41 door code for suspension--and it's quite nice.

can you guys suggest something that won't make my ride worse than these because i don't want to get anything worse--better, yes; the same, yes. also, fill me in to the advantages/disadvantages of how low i should go. thx.

im getting the h&r springs they really improve handling and react well

the eibach progressives are smoother on the street but dont handle as well in the turns there about 200 for each set so theres not much of a price diffrence

if you primarly drive on the street go for eibach they wont kill your ride
im getting the H&R becauses theyre better for the track

That is the RPO code for the stock V6 suspension. For you that is 30mm front sway bar, 17mm rear. Front springs 223lb/in, rear springs 95 lb/in. These are the softest springs put on an F-body.

Most people disagree with going with take-off shocks and high performance lowering springs.

I'm still not sure whether I will go that route, I had orginally planned on take-off shocks and a ebaich pro-kit, but when I brought that up I there was a lot of advise against that route.
