• Just ordered Hal Shocks!!!

From T byrne
They are offering a 10% discount for January
On top of that I had a gift Cert for $66
Shocks are normally $189.99 each for fronts
Plus $14.99 for spanner wrench
The discount only applied for the shocks

My total was $300.XX (I forgot the change already)
Kick *** , I saved $100
I won the certificat from somewhere I think

All my buddies who run mid 11's and quicker use them. I'm looking to improve my weight transfer for drag racing.
When I installed the light weight drag k member and lower a arms the nose of the car dropped just over 1 full inch. It scraped all the frigin time. Now I will be able to raise the nose back up to normal height.
They look incredible
I am told they are 2 pounds lighter than stock

When they arrive I will give feedback on them
12 different adjustments
I can't wait

your car was lowered by the new K-member?? I didn't know the aftermarket members were designed to do this, did you know that would happen when you installed it??

I'm really interested because if I ever get my financial situation straight one of those new K-members are a big part of my overall plan for my bird.. ..

the lighter wieight of the k-member should have made the nose come up a little bit, not go towards the ground. maybe it was the front shocks giving out, who knows.

Yup, weird stuff, as soon as the k member, a arms, and no power steering went in the nose was obviously at least 1 inch lower
I lost 50+ pounds so in theory it should have been higher
Maybe the 80,000+ miles and 600+ 1/4 mile passes have killed the stock shocks?
As for $66, well it started it's way off as a $200 I think but I spent some of it on slotted rotors
