There is a good chance you need new pads replace em before you need new rotors too!
At least have em checked but it sounds like you need new ones does it do it when your using the brake or constantly? -

It just sounds to me like your pads are so thin that the wear indicators are rubbing contantly whether you have the brake pedal depressed or not.I solemnly swear I am up to no good.
