question about using eibach prokit and front helper air springs...
OK....I live in louisiana and anyone who stays around here knows how bad some parts of our roads suck. I want to lower my car in the summer but definatly dont want to risk any undercarriage or ground effect damage. Question is....can i install the prokit and maybe have air shocks, or helper springs, whatever you wanna call them in the front so that if i come to a big dip or something i can compensate by raising the front end back up to at least stock height, but any other time ride lowered. Hope i didnt confuse anyone. Any help on this would be awesome!
correct me if im wrong but the only way you could do that i think is use an air bag suspension where you would raise and lower your car whenever you wanted. but this requires lots of money and professional workmanship i havea lot of friends who have done this to there trucks but hae a lot of problems becaue of poor installation. im rambeling my bad.
no fate but what we make<br /><a href=\"http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/748167/1\" target=\"_blank\">http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/748167/1</a>
no prob. I just thought that maybe someting could be installed inside the front spring that could give me some extra lift when i needed it. Like a compressed bag that when activated would lift the front and when not in use then i would just ride on the spring alone.
