  • Convertible Rear Shocks

    I am posting this for any other convertible owners who want to do their rear shocks. The top shock bolt in directly under the rear seatbelt anchor. You need to pull back the carpet, you may or may not need to remove the seatbelt anchor, tho I could not remove the carpet without doing so. If you look 2" down from the bottom of the anchor there is yellow foam in a hole, pull out the foam and that is the top bolt.

    I hope this helps someone from searching for 20 minute Like I did.

    I had a hard time finding it too. I didn't have to remove my seat belt anchor on my '96.

      Thanks! Talk about perfect timing. I was laying underneath mine yesterday looking it over in preparation for my new shocks coming in.
