I want to lower my car a bit, so I plan to get the Eibach Prokit. Is that all I need or do I need new shocks too?

If you're just lowering it for normal street driving, yes you'll probably be fine on just new springs. If you'd like to make the ride even better and let the car handle better past that, a good set of Eibach HDs or even revalves set specifically for your ride is a great option down the road. If your stock shocks have more than 40,000 miles on them or 5 years of use, at least buy a new $50 set off slponline until you can afford bilsteins or something capable of handling the increased spring rate.
