  • poly/poly or rubber/poly LCA's?

    Which are best?
Also: Weld-In or Bolt-On LCA relocation brackets?

poly/poly is great for drag only. poly/rubber is good for drag, street, and some hard cornering. weld-in relocation brackets are better and stronger.

4 simple 18mm bolts. You need a jack, ramps, jackstands, 18mm wrench and 18mm socket.

Took me 2hrs to do by myself... not hard, but time consuming

It is time consuming, I think it took me more than 2 hours but I didn't have any ramps. I've said it before, when doing this I found it was much easier to have both a regular 18mm socket & a 18mm long socket, as well as the 18mm wrench. There isn't much room to work under there. Other than that the install is very straight foward.

if u don't have the cool power/air tools to do it, at least have a friend help, and it'll get done in an hour or less.
