• Can I have some tire opinions?

Sorry if I'm beating a dead horse, but I read lots of posts on the subject and went over to tirerack.com for myself. Here are the tires I came up with, I wish they had Cooper tires - I love the ones I have on now. Anyway, can I hear what everyone has to say about these tires?

All 245/50/16

1.Firestone Firehawk SZ50 EP
Great ratings in everything but snow traction. It says N/A.

2.Bridgestone Potenza RE950
Similar ratings to #1, but with a 6.6 snow trac.

3.Bridgestone Potenza RE730

4.Yokohama AVS dB
High noise comfort rating.

5.Kumho Ecsta Supra 712
Low price, N/A snow rating.

6.Bridgestone Potenza RE940

7.Firestone Firehawk SS20

8.Bridgestone Potenza RE910

9.Yokohama Avid T4

Again, sorry if I'm beating the tire question to death but I couldn't assure myself of which tire is best for me through a search and would still like some opinions. Thanks!

get 255-50-ZR-16 tires. I suggest the potenza's with snow traction since you live where it snows.

From what I gather, 245s are better in snow... is that incorrect?

why you driving your maro in the winter spend your tire cash on a winter beater (i suggest a mustang)

I have these. I really like them. A huge difference from the stock goodyears. The handling in the wet & dry is great.

I plan on getting these next, b/c these have a higher speed rating than the RE910's, & i really like the thread design. Plus there all season, so a longer thread life than Z-rated tires.

Board members have said nothing but good things about the kumho esctas 712, so that wouldn't be bad choice either.

I was leaning towards #2 as well simply because the Firehawks are $168 each and have that N/A (not advisable? ) snow rating... thanks night rider, you like yours? These RE950s are still $120... I shouldn't complain though, "going cheap" bugs me lol.
