If i install an LT! steering rack with tighter steering, will i notice a big difference, or not a big one at all? Basically, is it worth is to take apart, and get front end alligned again?

I am kinda wondering the same thing... My rack is actually going bad, so I was just thinking to put one of those in regardless. If I get mine in, I will let you know. I think it wont hurt anything, so might as well in my case. i don't think that they're interchangeable. Ross could tell you, he's tried the swap before. It will work. Its a direct bolt up. The difference in the racks is the steering ratio, v8s and y87s have a tighter ratio (geared more towards performance) where as ours are a bit looser. I would order just order one from TA Creations for under a bill and let er rip. There's a guide if you search for it.
