I have just started autocrossing and am wondering if installing the 1le sway bars will help much? I have stock suspension right now and that would be the only change I am going to make for now. Will there be any negative handling effects to the every day driving of the car?

Same here, but no STB, yet. With the 1LE front & rear sway bars installed, it makes a world of difference in how the car handles.
