well I need to get new front struts and tie rod ends for my car so I figure that I might as well do a suspension upgrade instead of going back to the stock setup.

The problem is that I don't know anything about suspension and I have to go in tomorrow to tell the shop to work on it or not.

Can anyone recommend good parts for the struts and tie rod ends, or do I have to buy the standard ones? Also, by struts is that the shocks and springs?

Sorry but I have no time and I think this is a good opportunity for me to upgrade. Thanks for any help.

There's no outer tie rod upgrade that I know of, that's a stock replacement item.

If you're going to replace the front struts you might as well do springs at the same time. There are many aftermarket shocks and spring manufacturers to choose from. Bilstien and Eibach are a popular combination to go with.

If you're in a bind and looking to get the car back on the road as cheaply as possible I can help you out, I just replaced all my shocks & springs and have all my stock pieces which I would practically give away.

The only tie rod upgrade would be the Baer Trackers. They are a bump-steer setup, but they may not be necessary for your application.
