I would have to agree with MustangEater8251. You're talking about Pirelli's and such, but they cost way too much. I bought Hankook 275/40s and I haven't regretted it yet. I paid 115 a piece mounted with glue weights and I love them. They are leaps and bounds above stock. What really made me realize how much of an improvement they were was when I put on 225/60/16 Cooper Weather Handlers on my stock rims this snow season. I can't wait to switch back to my "summer" tires in mid-February.

Most of these tires have the same or similar treadwear ratings anyways. Kumhos are cheap, and good. Best value by far.
