If it's any relief, my tires wear out faster on the outside of both front tires. Been like that since I've had the car. Doesn't cause me any driveability problems, so I don't worry about it.

Also, I think getting 58k miles out of a set of tires is not a bad deal. And then you're getting 70k+ miles out of your dunlops. On my stock set of tires I barely got 24k out of them. Around 22k, I started hydroplaning all the time in the rain. And I got a new set of tires on, and I've been through about half the tread in only 12k. But I know why my tires wore out quick. On the stock set, very occasional doughnuts in heavy rain. These new tires have horrible traction when they're cold, so I'm always spinning them. But regardless of how long my tires last, I still think 50k+ miles out of a set of tires is pretty good.

Good luck with identifying the problem though.

oh, wait, you're getting worn out on the outsides faster? Common our cars if you like to dive in to corners and such ;) If its just the outside of your tires getting worn, especially in the front, it just means you love cornering on our cars :D
