Whenever I turn my steering wheel when the car is moving slow like im pulling out of the garage, it makes a creeking sounds like its whining or something.... how do i get rid of this sound?

I dunno about just when it's cold, but if it happens when you turn...
Check power steering fluid. I've seen that problem solved on a cavalier and solved it personally on my sister's grand am.
