I've seen them all, and I'm wondering which one is the best. I've decided against getting one that keeps the stock tranny mount, since I would like my tranny to be as unstressed as possible on launches. This leaves me with a few options. BMR trac-pak, BMR xtreme trac-pac, Global west trac-link, and Spohn's torque arms. Which do you guys think is the best, overall, and why. price is no object, so just base your opinions on design, build quality, and usage.

unless your going to run 10's or less you don't need the xtream track pack. I would go with either the BMR trac pack or the sphon. the sphon can come with driveshaft looks but the mounting point is not as strong as the BMR and will not handle as much stress. but, unless your going at least 11's The sphon would be alright.1996 Silver camaro Z28. I've been doing research myself on the same items.
I will be going with a BMR Trac-pac
I have only compared BMR and Spohn, but both are very good setups and nearly same results at the track, but like mentioned the BMR will take more of a beating from what I've read.
Advantage of the Spohn is the availiable driveshaft loop.

I looked at them a while back, but decided to keep the stocker and use a Prothane bushing. But if it were me, I would just use the non-adjustable BMR.2000 3.8L Firebird, Silver Metallic

\"Yes, London. if you really want ultimate strength then I would go with the BMR track pac. I have a friend pulling 1.4 60 foots in his TA and running low 10's with it.. the mots stable that you will ever find.1996 Silver camaro Z28. What does your friend use for a DS Safety Loop? I cant find one on BMR's site that will work with the track pack?
Also, anyone know if there is a replacement for the tranny cross-member. Hopefully one that incorporates a poly tranny mount and doenst need shims? I really want to correct the jerry-rigged shims I had to use with my mount.\'01 Mineral Grey SVT Cobra
-former F-body owner

I was just looking over the spohn site. does this guy replace the tunnel brace and bolt into its place.
http://www.spohn.net/product.cfm?productid=1330
there isnt any reason why this wouldnt work on the v6, even though its called out as an LT1 Torque Arm, is there?\'01 Mineral Grey SVT Cobra
-former F-body owner

yes it bolts to the tunel brace to eliminate the connection to the tranny. It should work on a v6. I don't see why it would not.1996 Silver camaro Z28. With the BMR torque arm tho, you have to have sfc's to weld the cross brace to. I have sfc's, but they're tubular, so I'm wondering if the welds would be strong enough to hold it in place. the spohn torque arm connects to the stock bolt locations of the stock crossbrace, so I dunno which would be better.2001 Arctic White Firebird
More mods than I\'m allowed to list!
