  • replacement brakes are HORRID in rain...?

what's going on? I realize that when I bought the advance auto gold special that i wasn't buying a baer claw system, but I would expect more from this. when it's raining or fairly wet, It'll take the brake pedal depressed for a good 1.5 seconds to make it even feel like it's decelerating. I have to downshift just to slow down in a hurry if need be, I don't like it at all. Is this just a problem with the pads, or could it be further, IE rotors (62k on them)? the stockers never did this, but the new ones always have

Maybe a caliper. I work at advance auto and we havent had any problems with the pads, not even the cheap ones.
