Ok here is my question. If wanted to add a complete suspension set up without lowering the car, what are the best parts to buy and what are the best brands. Also, if I wanted to lower it alittle bit but nothing drastic what set up would be the best. Im up for any and all suggestions.

I suggest getting ground control coil-overs w/ the slp level 1 shocks. the springs in the coil-over kit are eibach's. next, get a 3-point stb along w/ sfc's. these will stiffen up the chassis a lot. next, get adj. lca's if you're lowering the car(I suggest no more than 1 inch if you plan to of already have a body kit on the car), adj. panhard rod(also for lowering car), torque arm for traction, 1LE swaybars for cornering and traction, upper/lower control arms for alignment, lightweight k-member to stiffen up the front and reduce weight, replacement poly bushings to get rid of any rubber stock bushings you still have for a stiffer suspension w/less deflection, and lastly, a 6-point wolfe roll cage to stiffen up the seating and roof areas.2001 Arctic White Firebird
T-Tops, 3.42 rear gear stock
Mods:K&N Air Filter,Whisper Air Induction Lid, maf screen removed, raised air box, Kumho Ecsta 712 255-50-ZR16 tires, BMR stb
Mods not installed yet: FTRA, SLP Lsd/Differential cover
Near Future Mods: HPP3, GMMG 3\" Exhaust , 1LE Swaybars, Transgo Shift Kit, MSD-DIS-4 w/ Accel Coil-Packs, Turquoise Blue Neon Underbody Kit, BMR Adj. LCA\'s, G2 Sfc\'s & V-braces, Pacesetter headers

They are too soft. HDs are stiffer and better. Give Sam Strano a call. http://www.stranoparts.com/ He'll be able to tell you if HDs are fine or he can revalve them for another $150. So you'll either pay $300 for HDs or $450 for revalved HDs. I know for a fact that Bilsteins can't handle Sportlines. You do know that the Pro kit will lower the car about an inch? You might need some relocation brackets then to keep your control arms parallel. If they are close to being parallel then it's no big deal. Adj. PHR you won't need unless the rear is visibly mis-centered. A small drop shouldn't do that.
Get your shocks and springs first then see how you like the car and what else you want to improve on. I have a stock TA, PHR, LCA, front arms, K-member, no STB, and no SFC.
1996 camaro A4
1LE sway bars(poly bushings/endlinks), 1LE springs, 1LE shocks(94 model, very stiff), poly trans mount, poly TA bushing. Next suspension mods will be rod/poly LCA, single or double rod PHR, and most importantly tires.

I wouldn't suggest any of these but for the 1LE sway bars. These "mods" are nothing more than salesman hype. You either don't need them, or can do the same job for less money with something else.Robert - owner www.FirebirdV6.com/CamaroV6.com

See how hard it is deciding who to trust?
In my book, they all lack a certain amount of credibility. _Nobody_ has asked what you want from the car. Better drag times, better street handling, better autocross times, better track times? How concerned are you about ride, cost (total budget?), maintenance, practicality?
I know of two decent options if you intend to modify your car. You always run a risk of a car that has some undesirable characteristics for you (and may even be unsafe), and these reduce that risk.
1. Educate yourself on this stuff (a good start is the book: How to Make Your Car Handle). Watch the boards here and at camaroz28.com for at least a month. Check out manufacturers' websites. Make some decisions yourself.
2. Get a complete package from a company with a good reputation that you trust. It will cost a few bucks more, but if you're not going to do 1., it's worth it.
There are no "best" parts. There is only what is best for _you_.
