  • need help in subframe connector!!! please

    i just bought the tubular two point subframe connector.

    anyone in here have any pictures of how to install them on the car??? or any info. will be good

    one more thing, one bar is longer than the other, like 2 or 3 inches. is it the way it is? because i thought they should be the same in lenght.

      This is a job for an experienced pro. You can set the car on fire, you can fry expensive black boxes, etc. etc. I found a guy in a performance exhaust shop who had done many of them.

      Also, it's a really good idea to install these on a lift so the car is supported by the tires. If you jack it you can twist the chassis and then weld in the twist.

      R and L are different because you car isn't symmetrical underneath.

        This is a good point. I was told to disconnect the battery cables and unplug my computer before I welded my SFC's in, so I did.
        **And watch out for the fuel lines!!!!
