  • Tire/Rim question

I want to buy crome rims for my 94 camaro. I have been looking on ebay and found thses....

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...ayphotohosting

Im assuming that they are bigger than the rims that came on my car stock. Do I haveto change anything? Like will my spedo beoff or anything? Also has anyone else ever bought these? They say they are replica I wonder if that means that the chrome will just flake off. Also are thetires that come on the rims any good? Thanks alot

That setup will work fine on your car, you shouldn't have to change anything or add spacers. Replica does not mean it has a bad finish (I have replica ZO6 wheels and they are fine) it means they are made to look exactly like the original's. As for tires Hankook is a good brand, I am not sure about those specific tires though.

those rims will work as long as you have a tire that is low profile like the 245/45/17. I have 17" rims from american racing and they have 245/45/17 rubber on them. Since the tires are low profile the total circumfrence is almost the same as the stock tire/rim combo. You will not have to change the speedo. Check out this site
