ok stefan i see what you are saying.. BUT i believe only a fool would pay more for the EXACT same product. just throw your money away its the same thing in essense.. i know for a fact 95 %of the people here are looking for a good deal on the product they need at the time. and that is in fact the parts from bimmerparts.
and if the sponser was really there to help us out and be the friend that you say they are.. why not lower there price to bimmerparts?
i dont want there help or assistance on anything else, they have the lowest price so they get my business. end of story
ya, my neighbor decided that he wanted to do it himself and NOT use i spring compressor like he SHOULD HAVE.... lets just say at one point in the install process, his shock wound up 1/2 way through some dry wall, and the spring... well...that went across the street and broke a window.
Somewhere this thread went of track. Back on topic. I would get the bilstiens. Don't be afraid to spend a little money, you will be happy with the bilstiens.
I just ordered 4 bilsteins from Thunder and paid 369 plus shipping. I also ordered new rotors and pads, so shipping was a bit more. Great service and the shocks arrived when they said they would. I believe the shocks I ordered were the Heavy Duty shocks. Made a noticeable difference in handling. I'm very pleased with both the shocks and Thunder.
