guy at autozone tried to sell me some special kind of replacement pads for front disks... lots more expensive. are they worth it? How are they with break dust. The ones i have now suck with dust.

You gotta be a little more specific then that... how much were the pads? What kind were they?
Most people (including me) wh oget aftermarket pads tend to get HawkHPS's.
