Ok i just bought a pair of Subframe Connectors from this kid of the board. They are not BMR they are Fbody Racing ones. They are Tubular ones. The kid did not send any directions for them so im alittle confused. They are Weld in. Can anyone help me out here?

Yeah my friend has a lift we are going to do it on. And my Cuz is a pro Welder so no problems there.
