I had Eibach Sportlines on before and my shop could never get the alignment right because I never got the adjustable panhard rod. I have since taken off the Eibachs and have all stock suspension. What are some higher performance alignment specs for stock height cars? I also noticed that the rear springs sag and now sit alot lower now than when they used to be on the car. They were sitting in my garage for a year while by Sportlines were on. The sit about an inch lower than when they were on before . I noticed that the control arm angle is like it is when the car is lowered. The arm is higher in the rear end mounting point than the front body point??? So the car is still lowered . What crappy GM original springs  . Maybe they weren't designed to sit for a year but jeesh. Does anyone know of some killer aligment specs?

Stock Suspension Performance Alignment Specs?

i'd replace springs before alignment. you'll need an alignment after replacing springs anyway, because your ride height will have changed, affecting camber and toe.
specs for 99:
caster: 4.0 to 6.0 degrees. i'd go for about 5.0 on the left and about 5.5 on the right.
cross caster: -.7 to .7 degrees. youd like about a .3 to .5 split with the least caster on the left wheel to compensate for road crown.
camber: -.6 to 1.4 degrees. no driver in car, i'd go for about .3 degrees both sides.
cross camber:-.7 to .7 degrees. you want less than .3 or so. unless you're racing circle track.
indiv toe: -.1 to .1 degree. you want zero.
total toe: -.2 to .2 degrees. ^ duh...
rear specs don't matter because you cant change them anyway... but here they are in case you want to detect possible structural damage.
camber: +/- .6 deg
cross camber +/- .6 deg
no caster on rear because no steering pivot.
total toe: +/- .3 deg
thrust angle: +/- .15 degrees.

This is all confusing, what are the alignment numbers I need. Should I just print out your post and take it to my mechanic and tell him this is the alignment I want. He should know what these numbers mean, right? I know what caster, camber and toe mean, but what is cross camber, etc?
