I would install them myself, you're looking at about 2-3 hours and the use of jackstands and a jack and maybe some ramps. Theyre all easy to install, you're looking at 6 bolts total and a little time
See the install university for install guides. Don't take it anywhere and pay them Its not hard!!!
Oh, but the SFC's need welding btw so you'll need to take those somewhere...

The LCA's Were easy as hell to install.. You need a jack with 2 jack stands, and a socket set with impact or wrenches.. Its just 1 bolt on the LCA brackets and a bolt on the rear Sub frame.. The PHR is even easier.. its just 2 bolts and your done.. Dont forget to grease the bushings.. I had my SFC welded in for 50 bucks...Jeff ..

The lowest price I have found for my BMR boxed SFC install is $150 from a performance/dyno shop. Other body shops wanted $300  , another place wanted $200. The exhaust shops I've been too have overcharged as well, and said it's a "liability issue".
I'm gonna have to go to the performance place.--David--
The NEW V6Bird Website!
Cardomain site
ΔX

out here in cali, most of the hispanic dudes are real artists w/ stuff, but not many people go to them cuz they're not certified w/ all these labels, so they charge less to do stuff. Because they're artists and craftsmen, they do great body work and chassis stuff. It makes a difference when u have a clean welded exhaust. I liked his work, and they're perfectionists about what they do, most of the time. This is why they guy will TIG weld my sfc's on for me for cheap, and i know it'll be quality as well.
as for the lca's and phr, i don't have jack stands or a decent jack, so that's why I'm gonna go 2 my buddy's shop and see if we can put them on.2001 Arctic White Firebird
More mods than I\'m allowed to list!

The adjustable LCAs took me 4 hours to install. They would have been far easier if they were non-adjustable but thats okay .
The panhard rod would be super simple to install as well. Hell if I can do it you can do it too :D2002 5-spd NBM Camaro
