  • Suspension problem PLEASE HELP !!!!!

I have a 1999 firebird with the package that makes it look just like a trans am

    Ground efx, dual tips, etc.

The car is very, very unstable when you hit bumps in the road. It is almost uncontrolably unstable when you hit a bump in a curve at speeds over 60 but less than 85 mph

    What could this be??

I also have a 1990 t bird supercoupe which is very stong as far as torque and hp goes, i have gone through these same curves 100 times , at speeds well over 90mph and never had as control problems.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Solid rear axle :D

But, I would suggest making sure your sway bar endlinks and bushing brackets are tight. Make sure your track bar (panhard rod) and lower control arms are all nice and tight as well.
