I have a 95 camaro 3.4, and good year eagle tires, every time my wheels spin instead of that nice high pitch chirp i hear a sort of skidding sliding accoss pavement sound. Why is this? is it my tires? I have never been able to make the chirp before

My tires were like that when they were new. Now they're screaching machines, which isn't exactly a good thing because now the tread isn't what it was. I'm through with burning out.
