  • Squeaky brakes

my brakes are squeaky and the bad are fairly new. The problem was there before and after the new pads were installed. The rotors are still OK. I tried to lube the inside of the pad that touches he caliper and it worked for a while, but the squeaking is back. Anyone else have this problem, is there some product I could try?

It depends on the type of pad. I had some that squeaked right from the start. My latest ones are quiet.

I recently bought new rotors (stock) i know i know but they were cheap. And brand new brakes (raybestos) I changed them a month ago. They squeak so horrible i'll be driving down the road and everyone turns their head. I never heard squeaking so unbareble before. My old pads didn't squeak this much. Im going to go get new pads soon. I don't know whats up with this.
